Everybody knows what a "pig in a blanket" is. One night I was trying to figure out what to fix for dinner and came up with this recipe. It's easy and kids love it!
Cow in a Blanket
1 can Crescent Rolls
1/2 lb. ground meat cooked with chopped onions and 1/4 bell pepper
Add a little spaghetti sauce and simmer til done.
Spread meat mixture on separated Crescent rolls. Add a slice of cheddar cheese, close roll around meat and add a slice of cheddar cheese on top. Bake about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
